You can easily register your return via your customer account on our website. Log in with the email address you used to place the order. You will then receive a one-time login code by email. Also check your spam or junk email folder if you don't see the code immediately.

After registration, we will review your return request within 1 to 2 business days. Upon approval, you will receive a return label by email. Also check your spam or junk email folder.

Once we have received your return shipment, we will process it within 14 days. The purchase amount of the returned items will be refunded via the original payment method. Any return costs will be deducted from this amount.
