From the moment you place an order, Noeloe strives to have your order delivered to the address you specified as soon as possible. The delivery time is 2-3 working days.
We have the products in stock in the store, so if you would like to receive the gift as soon as possible, visit the Noeloe boutique in 's Hertogenbosch or Utrecht.
Returns:
Get your money back within 14 days!
Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns after 14 days (after receipt of the package).
Unfortunately, we cannot process the return without a return form.
PLEASE NOTE: If the package is sent to the wrong address, we unfortunately cannot help you. We can only process the package once the package has arrived in the correct condition at our return address.
Which items cannot be returned?
Earrings and bodysuits cannot be returned.
Items on sale may not be returned.
Can you return items in the store?
Yes, definitely. That will save you shipping costs!
Are returns free?
You pay the shipping costs for the return yourself. If you come to one of our stores, this is free!
Can you exchange an item for something else?
Sure, if this falls within 2 weeks this is possible! Any price difference will be included in the price.
I received an item broken. What now?
Mail to our customer service: noeloe-store@outlook.com and we will look for a good solution as soon as possible. Always send a photo with this, so we can act faster!
Other return conditions;
We will only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition. Damaged and/or used items will be returned and will not be processed as a return
