If you place your order before 23:00, we will ship it the same day. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a track & trace code.

What is the return period?

Once your order has been delivered, you have 14 days to register your return and send the package back.

You can easily return your order via our digital return portal. You can also return your package free of charge at one of our boutiques.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order. We start processing and preparing your package immediately after the order is placed.
