Returns:
Get your money back within 14 days!
Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns after 14 days (after receipt of the package).
Unfortunately, we cannot process the return without a return form.
When you bought items in our store, it is possible to return the items in one of our stores in Den Bosch or Utrecht. The amount will be refunded within 14 days to the account that was used for payment.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return a purchase from the store online.
If you received a gift with your package and you return the entire order, we expect the gift to be returned, otherwise we will charge the sales price, unless the order is still above the €150 is.
PLEASE NOTE: If you return more than 4 items, you will pay €0.50 extra per item you return.
If the package is sent to the wrong address, we unfortunately cannot help you. We can only process the package once the package has arrived in the correct condition at our return address.
Return costs:
You can send your package to our return address, this is at your own expense. Of course you can always come to one of our stores, then this is free!

Which items cannot be returned?
Earrings and bodysuits cannot be returned.
All sale items are non-returnable.
Can you return items in the store?
Yes, definitely. That will save you shipping costs!
Can you exchange an item for something else?
Sure, if this falls within 2 weeks this is possible! Any price difference will be included in the price.
I received an item broken. What now?
Mail to our customer service: noeloe-store@outlook.com and we will look for a good solution as soon as possible. Always send a photo with this, so we can act faster!
Other return conditions;
We will only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition. Damaged and/or used items will be returned and will not be processed as a return
